Gwendolyn and Mark were married on a perfect July afternoon at Mary Lea Park, overlooking Rockport Harbor. They opted for a “first look,” setting eyes on each other during a quiet moment before theie ceremony, which provided a sweet opportunity for photos. Their ceremony and celebration had a relaxed, family-oriented focus, incorporating their daughters and nephews as their attendants. Following their vows, Gwendolyn and Mark celebrated outdoors with their closest friends and family at their home. The party was complete with pizza fresh from Uproot Pie Co.’s traveling brick oven; a candy bar (YUM!); and we can’t forget the pool….or the Amazon Prime delivery on their wedding day…totally our style 😉 Here’s a peek at the festivities!

Congratulations to Gwendolyn + Mark (and Bella and Julia too!) Thank you for having Angie Devenney Photography capture your love-filled Maine Wedding!

On the way to the ceremony, a ladybug landed on Heidi’s daughter, Sadie. We unanimously agreed that it was a symbol of being lucky in love, and was welcome on our ride to the chapel.

Warren, who officiated Heidi and Mark’s touching ceremony, shared a special connection with Heidi. We were particularly moved by his heartfelt thoughts, and loved how he brought their hands together to bless their marriage.

During family portraits, we found ourselves a fine assistant…he appeared to have the required qualifications to make people smile 🙂

From the Chapel, we strolled toward Spring Point Ledge in South Portland to create some fun portraits.

Loved the cute little milk cartons that appeared when it was time to eat those cupcakes! (But the cupcakes may have reigned supreme for some…perhaps including myself and Tim…)

Wow, Heidi and Mark! So much love and so much fun! Thanks for having us along for the ride ❤ Congratulations! xo
